Mr. Musca. I had to reach out to you. After facing a HOF. I was scared to death. But thank God got your office and the exceptional Brooke O’Sullivan and Linda Ouimet. I tried to post this on your web page but it wouldn’t allow me, I needed to inform you she’s has to be one of your greatest assets there. I thought my life was over. Thanks to Brooke O'Sullivan and Linda Ouimet for keeping me calm and sane through-out this whole ordeal... LIFESAVERS and GAME CHANGERS. I was facing a 5 year and 1 day prison sentence on an Organized Fraud Chage. Brooke O'Sullivan really went to work for me. almost 3 years of fighting and no prison sentence. She is very compassionate, and a awesome fighter. IF I COULD GIVE HER A MILLION STARS I would. I'm so thankful for Brooke and Musca Law Firm. Great Job guys. Long process, great result. The SWFL legal apparatus can be a grindwheel. This legal team is resourceful and experienced. The managing partner, John is on any concern you may have. They do have a long roster of select attorneys and will fit you right (ask for Monica Fish or Andrew Mcgann). My case was a criminal misdemeanor and I am very happy with it resulting in a dismissal by hearing. Just beware, it is a loooong process.

I called Musca law to get an idea of how much a lawyer would cost. They were the most reasonably priced law firm I spoke with. I had charge that should have me behind bars for quite some time. John worked miracles on my behalf. I say miracles because everyone else I spoke to had me going away for years. If your in need of a miracle these are the people to call. Dennis was very professional, courteous and helpful. He kept me informed and worked with me to create a payment plan that I could afford. I’m telling you if you need a lawyer that will keep you home with your family and not behind bars these are the people to go with!!!

Musca Law has been awesome. I retained them for my DUI case. They were able to get my suspension invalidated and completely dropped! This means no record and no rising insurance costs. Everyone at the firm has been professional and responsive. They are easy to contact and always follow up and answer any questions quickly. Would definitely recommend!
