This team is great! Rapid responses to your questions. You are not waiting for days and wondering if you even exist. Emails, phone calls, someone will get back to you very quickly. I personally feel Jim is the right balance of “let’s go get them” and an honest “ I don’t think this is worth the cost”. I have dealt with other firms who promise the world and only deliver bills. The firm is very aggressive when it needs to be while being grounded and responsible.
