My ex-Husband had a parenting court order that he did not follow. I could not see my children for nearly a year. Mr. Batista worked exceptionally hard and has made me feel as if I were his only client while, certainly, he has probably dozens if not more. He's been licensed for almost 30 years, and focuses in an area of law that is terribly hard especially in this present environment. I called Mr. Batista regarding a case in Naples, FL and began a phone consultation. I was briefly explained his plan of action and then swiftly converted into speaking about payment. I advised I would need to speak to my father. My father and I conference called the office and he explained similar in Spanish. When my father asked about his credentials Mr. Batista blew up and was bothered stating "I don't need this, get yourself another lawyer" and hung up. When I called back to asked what happened he explained that my father was full of hot air and that he has been on the phone with us for 2 hrs (clearly it was 30 minutes) and that he was full of hot air. My father is an older gentleman who doesn't believe in sending money over the phone to someone he does not know especially in a different county without meeting them in person. When I explained this to him he asked if I had the money or not, I ended the the call with a bad experience. By the way he exploded over the phone especially after Christmas shows what type of element we almost handed are money over to. Thankfully the truth came out before we made a mistake. Mr. Batista is unworthy of his reputation of a nice guy.

My wife has mental health problems, and she was keeping me from having visitation with my child. Her lawyer is a very difficult lady to deal with.
