Mark is a great attorney and Rebecca is an amazing paralegal.

I hired Mr. Alguadich and his associate, Mrs. Gregory. They did not do the things I requested and they invoiced me for actions I did not request or approve. I sought counsel from another attorney, Rob Ballard, to gain perspective if what I had requested of my attorneys were inappropriate requests. Mr. Ballard said what I was requesting was perfectly acceptable request as a client. Mr. Alguadich was more interested in his public reputation above advocating my case and as such, I spent a lot of time arguing with him to simply 'do his job'. I am really disappointed it turned out that way. Both Mr. Alguadich and Mrs. Gregory are really nice people. However, they are both young and inexperienced and you will get what you pay for.

I was introduced to Al Alguadich through an acquaintance who had hired him for a similar family case as mine, and he brought her family amazing results. After the first meeting, I already knew that I wanted to hire Al to be my lawyer for my family case. Court, and family cases can be very long, stressful, and emotionally draining experiences but I can honestly say through it all, Al put me at ease. He is ALWAYS honest with you and the situation. He will tell you all points of view, various outcomes that may happen, and he always covers all the bases very thoroughly. I knew that because I had him, my son and my family would be protected. Al is extremely knowledgable in his field, and it shows. My case ended up with the results that are the best possible outcome in my personal family case. My son is protected, and I could not be more grateful for Al throughout this process, from the very beginning to the end. I always refer him to ANYONE looking for a family lawyer.
