I would like to share my recent experience with Kevyn Noonan-Hayes, if you have found her website you will not do better! I appointed a lawyer in West Palm Beach to handle my Divorce, with the belief they would help me and support me and do the very best for me . How wrong I was, it was an awful experience when you need help the most . Kevyn took over my case and my whole experience changed to one of action, support and professionalism. Her charges were half the cost of my initial lawyer, but double the value ! She carried my case into court within weeks, finalizing the financial settlement swiftly and accurately. Kevyn Noonan-Hayes has restored my faith and confidence in working with lawyers and shows authenticity in all she does and says . Thankyou Kevyn .

In my occupation, I have had to work with many clients and their living trust attorneys. Renee is the most professional attorney I have worked with on such matters and her documentation was flawless (accuracy beyond compare). Renee was thorough and prompt in the preparation phase. After signing, Renee took care of many of the actions other attorneys leave for the trustees to do. Her fee structure is as fair as you will find, especially considering the quality of Renee's work. I strongly recommend you look to Renee for your Florida living trust needs.

Her Ethics should be challenged. I would not recommend. No explanation on billing or notes. Incorrect legal advice given. In response to your answer I have to address the validity to it since I value my reputation. If fraud is asking me to match the opposing counsel legal fees with a kickback after completion then It may be. I was asking for explanation on billing as it nearly doubled the final day of a 2 year fiasco. Still have no answers and I am now working with opposing counsel to finish off items as you were not available to assist even though your excess billing with no billing notes.

Kevyn was excellent from start to finish. Very knowledgeable, understanding and easy to talk to. She was there every step of the way to guide and explain the process. I would recommend Kevyn to anyone in need of her services. Absolute pleasure to work with.

Getting divorced is obviously a hard time to go through, but with Kevyn by my side as my attorney, everything went smooth. She was very supportive, very quick to answer and to act accordingly. I can't recommend a better divorce attorney if you ever need one. Thank you again Kevyn for everything !

He gave me candid advice regarding the need for, or in my case, not needing, an attorney for review of a document. After describing my situation he said that in my case I did not require an attorney for what I wanted to do and he would not want me to waste my money.
