When we called Lindsay Allen with our complicated civil case, Attorney Allen took on our case without hesitation. He quickly understood all the details. He was honest about the time it could take to resolve our case and the possibility of trial. We could see from that first appointment, that Attorney Allen cares about the interest of his clients and justice, more then making money on a case. There were never any surprises. The bills were always reasonable for the time spent. He continually prepared us for what to expect next. His expertise was obvious. Our case ended up going to trial, but with a very positive outcome. This was due to the hard work of Todd and his team. While the road was long, we were well taken care of. It's refreshing to find and attorney that cares and that you can trust. Todd Allen was the third attorney we had hired in the Naples area. A friend recommended him to us after they saw the problems we were having with our previous attorneys in reference to collecting a Foreign Judgment. Mr. Allen returned my call immediately and I felt very comfortable with him from the very beginning. He knew that time was at the essence and he did not waste time acting on our behalf. I am in the medical field in Naples Florida, and in 2011 I was battling a non-compete clause in my contract to be able to open up my own practice.
