The Family First Legal Team helped relieved my anxiety and trust back into a law firm. They were my fourth counsel in my Family Law case. I was appointed and directed towards a senior partner (Terry DeSalvo) in the firm based on the complexity and how far my case was in the process. Terry DeSalvo was professional, formal, and passionate about helping me out and restoring my faith in the legal system. This was the first law firm that I didn't have to reach out to be informed on my case, updated on status, etc. and that was truly a blessing. Terry, Lisa Singleton, & Alex Peterson (Owner) were phenomenal in their communication and support the whole time. Alex Peterson called me on a Saturday because of a VM I left on Friday evening at the offices firm. He called me to put me at ease, and this is truly a professional client services business/firm. This law firm made my other representations in my case look like clowns, which in my opinion they were/are. I also had the firm represent me in another matter where again their service was phenomenal. I had Lisa Singleton and Jacob Barrett in this matter. We were able to settle some of the final matters outside of court/mediation. I was able to save some money in the end. The whole team at Family First is amazing. I had to retain an attorney to appear in court the next day due to the events by the respondent in my case. And they stepped right in and did an amazing job from start to finish. Jacob Barrett and Michelle Wilson were very responsive from the first phone call I made until we closed the case. It’s never pleasant when you have to deal with legal matters but Megan Sanford and her team made it as painless as possible. Megan, Jenna Ritter, Kelsey Cromie and Fabiana Dextre were always there when I needed assistance.
