My introduction to Dan began with his unwavering and genuine interest in representing my son (with me as his representative) to the absolute fullest – and that never changed at any time. My son had a somewhat difficult and long case, beginning with a DUI and compounded by probation violations stemming from mental health and addiction issues. In the DUI portion of my son’s case, Dan’s expertise and execution was flawless - he successfully and expeditiously navigated the court system in my son’s best interest with a positive outcome. He was responsive and thoughtful of any, and all questions I had – both by phone and email. His staff, especially Kevin, was top notch.
