Attorney Desalvo and his team were an absolute joy to work with! I went through a very difficult divorce recently, this was both emotionally and financially taxing. Attorney Desalvo made every step easy to understand, he provided sound advice and expedited every step with ease and efficiency. I was beyond impressed with how responsive his whole team was, I could send an e-mail or leave a voicemail with a question and it would be responded to promptly! I think the most notable quality was he cared for me, and he wanted the best possible outcome and showed great empathy through the process. His team was so efficient it only took 5 months from the date I filed for divorce to the time the divorce was final. This saved me a ton of money and a lot of heart ache. Now I can move on with my life! I will be forever grateful to this team of consummate professionals. I would recommend Attorney Desalvo and his team a million times over!

Terry DeSalvo Jr. was the only attorney, of the 4 I had, and 3 others I consulted with, who got me across the finish line. He listened well, let me speak, and gave me straight talk instead of unrealistic expectations or just telling me what I wanted to hear. I appreciated his attention to detail and the process. Attorney Terry DeSalvo from the very first meeting was very upfront and honest about how my case might turn out, good or bad, he didn't hold back to try and make me feel good or give me false promises. I am grateful for the honesty. The one takeaway that I had from the first meeting was, he and I wanted the same thing as I did, get this over and done with the least amount of frustration and the best outcome for me, as a client. Hi went to family first legal group and hire Terry DeSalvo after I had been severely mistreated by a female attorney in Estero Florida off coconut road… I basically came to him with a mess of a divorce $30,000 in debt already and no end in sight. The way that Terry took over my case and handled me was flawless any and every question I ever had he answered in a timely manner. I felt supported cared for and listen too. Terry handled my case and eventually got me what was fair and what I wanted in my divorce I’ll be forever grateful I highly highly recommend him for anyone that feels lost in such an unfortunate situation and need some true guidance and legal help. Family First Legal Group deserves way more than 5 stars and there are not enough words to express how grateful I am for Attorney Terry DeSalvo and Paralegal Megan Sanford (who is now officially an attorney!!!). I get emotional just thinking about it. I was almost two years into my divorce/custody battle with a different law firm and hadn’t accomplished ANYTHING. It was a complete nightmare. I finally found and retained Terry and Megan with Family First Legal Group and it instantly changed my life. I say “instantly” because Attorney DeSalvo was able to accomplish in eight weeks what my other attorney could not accomplish in a year and a half. It was scary starting all over again but they EXCEL at communication and brought a level of confidence, understanding and compassion that instantly put me at ease. Every single time I called the office the entire staff was caring, professional and helpful and I always received a timely response. Megan would often take extra time with me when I was having a tough day and just wanted to give up. She would gently get me back on track, restore my confidence and get me prepared for the next step. Most importantly...I ALWAYS knew what was going on with my case and what to expect. Terry is also great at setting realistic expectations. We were able to settle through mediation which is nothing short of a miracle. The mediation was 11 hours at their office, going after hours, and Terry and Megan pushed through it with me to the very end to make sure the agreement was made, signed and officially notarized. Terry is equally as compassionate and kind as Megan...making the 11 hour mediation comfortable and surprisingly pleasant. I’m beyond happy with the outcome. I’ll never forget at the end...signing the giant stack of paperwork..the mediator (who was also great) said “it’s like signing your life away”. I said “no..I’m actually getting my life back”. I have so much gratitude for Terry, Megan and the entire Family First Legal Group for the expert level of knowledge, compassion and communication they provided me. You far exceeded my expectations.
