These guys are really top of the line. They were highly recommend in the State of Florida among all the other reviews of other law firms that I read. Believe me, I'm an IT professional and I know how to scour and research a company online, let alone a law firm. The thing that struck me the most about Musca law is how John Musca contacted me directly on my cell phone. it wasn't his secretary, but he contacted me directly to put my mind at ease that he had things under control. I was charged with very serious felony charges that Musca Law was able to get dismissed with no permanent record. Would highly recommend to anyone!!

I would like to share my experience with Musca Law Firm. I had an accident caused by a third driver that fled the scene. I had been drinking which the officer ask about. I agreed to a breathalyzer test and it was .124 so I was arrested. My drivers liscense was suspended immediately until the DUI hearing. I have been in Naples for over 40 years so I looked at the attorneys I new from the past and then looked at Musca Law Firm and their staff and decided on some new faces. I’m sure glad I did. At my first drivers liscence suspention hearing with Musca Laws expert on these matters, Rebecca Somalia was able to get my drivers licenses restored without restrictions. I along with many friends thought this was impossible but she and her Musca Law team “got it done” I’m sure their DUI team will work just as hard on that issue also. I’ll let you know.

I was charged with a serious traffic misdemeanor which would have affected my employment, not to mention my Insurance. Unlike other on-line criminal ticket defense teams I have used in the past, "my attorney" took the time to actually call me to determine what really happened. He told me what he needed to put my case together and I sent that information. He actually communicated with me a couple of times after that via phone and email letting my know how things were going and what other information I might be able to send to help his planned defense. Simply Amazing!! He got both charges dismissed despite the fact I could not be at the hearing and the officer who cited me was. A little more expensive than the other "defense teams" but worth every penny of it. I will definately use Musca Law should I ever need representation again.

I was arrested for a second DUI charge at the beginning of June. My BAC results when I took the breathalyzer test were .224 and .229. I highly recommend Musca Law! They were the only place I called and felt any type of relief since my arrest for possession of marijuana.
