This firm is worth every penny. I was pulled over for a DUI and I called Musca and they took care of everything. My attorney was on point on every aspect you could think of and actually made the state look like a joke. We took it in front of a jury and I was found not guilty. In March of 2017 I was arrested for a DUI. At that point I was lost and didn't know where to turn or who to ask for assistance. I called Musca Law and spoke with John Musca (the owner) and explained my situation. He assured me that they have been representing clients with the same situation I have for many years and have an great team that specializes in my DUI's. I was reluctant and unsure but hired them. Boy am I glad I did. After 1 long month of waiting for my DMV case to be heard by the courts, his DMV specialist (Rebecca Sonalia) represented me in court and was able to have that portion of my case overturned. The next hurdle is the DUI case and I have the utmost confidence that the result of that case will be positive. I highly recommend Musca Law if you have a similar situation. AMENDMENT - The above review was my review of my Drivers License case. Here's what happened on the reason I needed a Lawyer - My DUI. DO NOT HIRE AN ATTORNEY OVER THE INTERNET I was assigned a lawyer that I felt had no experience of lack there of. I couldn't ever get a hold of that person and his office was an unknown location. After a month of not knowing what was going on I was told that that lawyer has moved and is no longer in charge of my case, then I was assigned a different lawyer who again had no business taking on a DUI case, this lawyer told me that if this was a battery case that they was very confident in taking it on but since it's a DUI they weren't so sure about taking it on. Meanwhile the case kept getting postponed. Then I was assigned an actual lawyer that had an actual criminal law background. After 10 months of postponements the courts finally had enough and said No more Delays. After reviewing all the evidence the newly assigned lawyer felt very confident that we could win the case. So I decided to fight. I initially was charged $8,800.00 after talking to the owner when I first was given the ticket, not knowing how much lawyers cost (that was my fault) I was assured that they would defend me and I would be happy with the outcome (what a sales pitch) now we're ready for trial and I get a call from the main headquarters of Musca Law stating that if we go to trial, they want $5,000 more for trial fee. I didn't have that kind of money and besides that I was extremely mad at the situation they put me in. Needless to say I wound up getting all the same fines & penalties as I would have gotten if I was to just have plead guilty from the start. Whomever reads this can make their own decisions. Got a ticket two days before I was supposed to leave the country for a few months and I had a court date that I was going to miss for a speeding ticket, long story short they got it all solved for me and kept me updated along the way. Will be using their serves again if needed!

I never thought I'd find myself in jail. Well things happened and it was an experience that I will never forget, jail isn't a joke.
