I'm writing my review here seeing as she deleted my review on google. Jillian handled my I130 and when the time came for my interview, she was so late that I had already completed my interview without her representation. She offered me a credit towards the next step seeing as she didn't show up soall I had to do was pay the difference. I was unable to continue that step so I asked her for a refund for only the difference I paid (at this point I didn't care to negotiate the "credit" she gave me) and her staff kept telling me they would be in touch. At some point she finally responded to one of my emails asking for my address to send the refund to but nothing. After 3 emails and multiple messages over a span of 4 months I still have not received anything. The don't even have the courtesy or professionalism to handle a simple refund. Do yourself a favor and find another attorney because you will end up extremely frustrated with this one.

Very helpful! Attorney Jillian Yanes knows what she is doing and she really cares about her clients. She helped me with 3 issues. An immigration issue, property issue and a criminal issue my friend had. Attorney Yanes is easy to get a hold of, always returns calls promptly, knows the law and how to help. She is the first honest attorney I have ever met.
