Mrs Hook handled my elder care issues. She is very knowledgeable and uses practical terms that are easy to understand. I would highly recommend !her and her staff

She charged $500 for a useless DPOA, by adding three words that should not have been included. When I tried to reach her by phone, I was told by her Paralegal that she would give her the message. Of course, I never heard from her because she knows what she did is wrong and, by her mistake, it has given me great pain and suffering. I'm quite sure she's afraid I may sue her for what she did to me.
