Great small business Attorney......Had an Excellent Overall Experience!

Bill is a one of a kind attorney. Very honest and always has his clients best interests. I have used Bill to represent me on leases, contract negotiations, the sale of my corporation, LLC formations and recommended him to my real estate clients for evictions. There was a reason incident where my client (I was representing on the listing side of her property) and I struggled to remove an individual. Bill did a successful unlawful detainer and my client and I were able to close earlier than anticipated. I have also had numerous friends and colleagues use Bill for opening their LLC or corporation and told me the experience was nothing short of amazing. I will continue to use Bill in the future throughout my business endeavors and recommend his professional services as an attorney.
