I had some questions concerning marriage and the law and spoke with attorney Howard Ellzey. Howard was so informative and made the information so understandable. It was a free consultation and I'll be using Ayo and Iken going forward for my legal planning. Absolutely top notch! If you need advice concerning family law, do yourself a favor and devote a half hour to Howard. You'll be delighted, as I was!

After wasting over a year and a half with my previous attorney, Howard Iken was the attorney I should have gone within the first place. He devoted his time and resources to what mattered the most and got things going immediately. He was very logical, yet I felt he really cared. He dealt with the legal aspect with attention to detail, sensitivity, and in an ethical manner with a strong moral compass. Ayo & Iken are excellent attorneys and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs help with a family matter. They are responsive to emails and phone calls (including his secretary), timely, compassionate, understanding, know the law, and great at explaining, in simple terms, what could otherwise be a complicated process. They are very smart, great listeners, and know how to walk that very fine line between being tough and being compassionate. They are calm yet tenacious, and he got us the results we wanted. He is A+, top-notch. I am very happy with his work, and I thank him from the bottom of my heart!

I have retained attorney Howard Ellzey for a few cases in the past, and he has always been extremely professional and straight forward. He has always set clear expectations what could be achieved in a case and suggested the in his opinion the best path forward, but was also willing to go a different route if needed. It should be clear to everyone that the quality and knowledge of an attorney commands the hourly rate; however, after having dealt with a few law firms in the past, the benefits of hiring professionals like Ayo & Iken far outweighs the slightly increased charges. The last case Howard handled for me was a divorce/settlement/custody case. The attorney initially retained by my girlfriend for the case had not gotten any results in two years, whereas Mr Ellzey wrapped up the case in about two months from coming on board and saved us about $75k. I had an attorney at first for a divorce case, but my previous attorney was rude and very short with me! She didn't give me good news about what I needed her to do for me (for my rights) I learned about Ayo and Iken and was referred to Crystal Phillips, my case has not even begun, but when I held the consultation with her, she was very kind and listened thoroughly to every detail I'd said! As this case is progressing, I hope that she fights to get me what is rightfully due mine (my children and peace of mind).I believe she will get the job done, besides she's already won me over by her interpersonal skills already. SHE GAVE ZERO COUNSEL AND I believe she worked closely with my soon to be ex-husband and lawyer. She is a fraud. I will be reporting her to the Florida Bar again and again until justice is served. Stay tuned for the details... people please please please do your research. Just because it's expensive doesn't mean it's the best! She took $5000 and did ONLY PAPER ( and did an appearance saying yes and no she didn't even file the appearance) ! BEWARE!!!!!!!
