I had the privilege of meeting Mr. Iken last week for a free consultation to obtain information and options for my particular situation. Although the consultation was free, Mr. Iken laid out all the options for me, pros and cons, as if I had been a paying client of his for years. Although at this time I am still weighing my options, should I decide to move forward I will definitely contact Mr. Iken and obtain his services.

Allison Belcher with ayo and iken was a great help with my successful case. She helped me win a same sex custody battle for my kids even though I'm not the biological mother while going through a divorce. Ground breaking case which will help others in the same battle. Allison was a professional attorney that helped me save my children from the Child Milling practice from the Jeremy Simmons PA law firm . I found myself unable to defend myself from a serious injury and my (?) and Jeremy Simmons PA tried to take full advantage and permanently remove my children from my care by creating false allegations and half truths even after I had committed to the Judge to follow up on their recommendations and actions for my own personal improvement. I worked with Corporate Attorneys with Duke Energy and Verizon and was accustomed to a high level of professionalism and the ability to come to a solution. I hired Allison because of her professionalism, experience, and her ability to come to up with solutions to help my children escape the nefarious child milling behavior from the other council. Jason Coupal and his staff did an amazing job with my case. From the beginning Jason was very honest and realistic. He stood by me every step of the process and guided me to what would be the best outcome for not only my custody case for my daughter, but also for my in my situation. My previous custody agreement was lacking structure, which made co parenting very difficult and it needed modification. I needed everything very straightforward and in black and white. Jason exceeded my expectations. He also made me see things through a more realistic view and I couldnt be happier. So far co parenting is going well and at the end of the day I want whats best for my daughter and to make her happy. I think Jason set it up for success. He also gave me tools on how to handle any future situations. Im very thankful and it was a pleasure working with him.
