Chuck was referred to me by a friend after being injured in a car crash on June 2021 that was not my fault. The police ticketed the at fault driver with careless driving and my insurance investigated the accident and found that driver to be 100% responsible. We were just coming out of the pandemic confusion so having Chuck come to meet me for the initial consultation after a few days after the incident was very helpful. I was in pain and distraught over the accident that left my car totaled with the problem of having to replace my vehicle in the car supply chain problems of that time. At one point I became very frustrated with the length of time of having to wait up to 7 weeks to see an Orthopedist with all the Covid protocols still in place and also my personal doctor was confusing matters for me as well so I was ready to quit the whole process and get on with my life. Chuck repeated his instructions that he had previously given to me for required medical exams and any following treatment I needed to do. I reconsidered and followed his advice since my physical pain was still present six months after the accident. I found a good Orthopedist that was taking new patients and after two MRIs were done I was diagnosed with 2 herniated discs resulting in a permanent injury. The physical therapy prescribed greatly improved my condition and I found some relief at last. When I was released from the treatment Chuck went to work on my claim.The at fault driver only had $15,000 bodily injury and no assets to go after so I was lucky that I had $100,000 personal injury limit with underinsured and uninsured motorist coverage. We ended up going after my own policy to make up the large difference I received in the settlement Chuck negotiated. I really feel I got what the best settlement you can get in the State of Florida based on jury verdicts and advertised settlement amounts for the same injury. Why did I choose Chuck being a licensed professional myself? It was because his background reveals he was once an insurance claims adjuster himself in the past so who better would know how to deal with the insurance companies was my view then and still is.
