John has been absolutely fantastic to work with! He was recommended to me by a friend, after I spent months working with another patent attorney who took thousands of dollars and delivered nothing. I was skeptical after my last experience, but John change my opinion completely. He spent all the time necessary to understand every detail of the product I was working on, never in a rush to move you along. He explained each step of the process and what to expect both with requirements and time lines. He was very through and has the technical capacity to truly understand the patents he is working on. I had the pleasure of recently working with Mr. Nelson. I had spoken to several patent attorneys regarding pursuing a non-provisional patent and John's presentation stood head and shoulders above the rest. He consulted with me, at length, as to his approach on the project and clearly defined what he would do, how long it would take and how much it would cost. He worked diligently on the project and stayed in close contact with me regarding the particulars and the status. He finished the job within the agreed to time frame and continue to help me with additional support, as I pursued filing the patent. As far as the quality of the work, the patent office issued the patent in two months and allowed all 13 claims. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
