As good as it gets. Eric Preston has all the right stuff.

Eric did an excellent job with my mother’s estate. He was professional and compassionate throughout the process, and he kept me informed. Any calls or emails to him were promptly answered. The office staff is also very friendly. I plan to use this firm again for mine and my husband’s estate planning.

Ethical and honest attorney.

Like Jill Hanna I too had the experience of meeting with this attorney (in my case several times) and then not hearing back from them. All the while I was led to believe they were working on my requested documents.

We had an initial appointment with Braxton that went fine, gave him paperwork to look over and have not heard back from him since. My sister has made at least 5 calls to office and several emails and no response! Very unprofessional!

Finding The Preston Law Firm to handle my Dad’s Estate has been a blessing. Having to deal with the death of a parent is hard enough, but when the attorney you originally trusted to close out the Estate files documents incorrectly, fails to communicate and return phone calls, and takes over a year to even begin any proceedings, I had no choice but to begin the task of searching for a new attorney.
