The Otto Law Group is so much more than a law firm. They go above and beyond to make sure all the needs on your case are met. If you ever have Ms. Otto’s Assistant, Ms. Adeola help you, you’re in for a blessing. She’s well mannered, understanding and is very patient. My experience with her has really changed my outlook on law firms. I would highly recommend this place, they’re very professional but also cater to your needs and are willing to work with you.

This was my first time dealing with an attorney to represent me. I've always heard of the big chain law firms who deal with personal injury cases but I've heard them to not have that personal touch. The Otto Law Group supersedes any of those because the staff was very personal and hands on. Adeola was such a sweetheart she was very responsive and has communicated the entire time. Attorney Otto words cannot describe how attention to detail she was, she even checked up on when I was ill and gave good advise both personally and professionally! They’re very professional and polite. I had a couple questions and they answered all of them in a timely manner.

I follow her on social media, she looks like someone is good at what she does. So last year I called her office to make an appointment for a family court issue. I spoke to a kind woman on the phone, explained the reason for a consultation and I really needed an attorney so she told me that someone will call me the next day to schedule an appointment. No one ever called me. Ms. Otto, I would just advise to insure to follow up on all calls big or small. I do believe things happen for a reason, my take away was that she didn't want to take my case. Maybe she is better with car accidents instead of family.

After a driver hit my car, my doctor referred me to Attorney Yanique Otto’s law firm to represent me for compensation for repairs to my vehicle as well as for reimbursement of any other fees I may have incurred because of the collision. Even though I shared with Ms. Otto that the driver was uninsured, she advised that her office would still research the issue. About a week later, it was determined that there actually was no coverage. I was so impressed that Attorney Otto spoke with me herself and answered my many questions about my options when she could have just as easily had her secretary pass along the message. I am not into referring people for services but I have referred two to Mrs. Otto because that’s simply how impressed I am with her performance and concern for clients seeking top-level legal representation. This proved that she cares about people and not just the dollar. I hope I nor my loved ones ever need a personal injury attorney, but should we ever do, it’s Attorney Yanique Otto, all the way!!!!
