In that time attorney Philip Kim has handled dozens of eviction cases as well as litigation for damages against naughty residential tenants. Attorney Kim is the most dedicated communicator I have ever dealt with! Inquiries receive immediate replies, whether by phone, email or SMS. I won't dwell on his 100% success rate in tenant removals since those cases are generally pretty cut-and-dry, but his constant vigilance in monitoring cases, his willingness to go the extra mile to keep the client informed and his skill in dealing with a bunch of idiot defendants over the years has earned him my highest regard.
