This man and his wife is very rude in disrespectful he gets your money never shows up. He gets your money then totally disrespect you he told my brother the only way he is getting out of jail is if he goes to prison first. He hasn't been to not one hearing!!!! His wife that answers the phone is no better I really HATE these people. I will be calling the Florida Bar ASAP!!!!

He is very unprofessional, neglect , doesn’t care about his client. I hired him to defend my brother in a serious murder case thinking he’ll do his best abilities to do so . However, it turned it out to be a huge mistake and I wish that I hired a public defender instead of this awful guy . He Took my hard earned money and did a very poor job and had no defense plan. He convinced my brother after waiting four years to accept the prosecutor harsh offer 25 mandatory sentence in prison and not go further to trial where he might had fighting chance for a better outcome . He’s an awful lawyer .

Very unprofessional, takes your money and doesn’t care about the clients or the families. My husband is in prison because he neglected him completely. If he’s supposedly a professional he would do what’s right. HIS JOB!

After he is retained, he totally neglects clients. Very difficult to communicate with… His wife is very rude sometimes as they both are not professional to deal with distressed clients. She always keeps a tone and an attitude like if they are working for free! When you have a family member or even yourself involved in a criminal case, this is a very stressful experience for you expect your lawyer to take care of it and find some relief off your shoulders. Additionally, he shows up last minute to hearings asking judges for more time delaying cases. Simple ones. He doesn’t communicate of any changes he makes. You stay hanging wondering what happened during your hearings waiting to see if his wife or him finally answer and let you know. Overall, poor service and communication skills. Apparently he already has too much to handle in his hands, but greediness keep him taking cases he knows he barely will have any time to prepare for accordingly.

This isn’t how business should be done you got the money and seth hung the phone on me seth took my money and didn’t show up for my case in court I begged him to do his when he got paid in full his wife leslie cursed me out then that night he dropped me beaware he scammed me for my money! Now mid case I have to find a new lawyer I will be contacting the Florida bar to revoke his license. I have never seen a firm that steals money from their clients DO NOT RECOMMEND the second I asked for my partial refund he hung the phone up on me what awful business practice

Seth and his Wife , Leslie are terrific. They were there for me step by step. It was very reassuring to be in court with Seth by my Side. It is obvious that the Judge and Prosecution had respect for him . I am forever grateful for their service .
