Jen, Coraly, Ariana and the whole team at Diaz Trade Law are AWESOME! They picked up a CBP case of ours that was neglected by another firm, not an easy takeover. They were then able to knock down some serious charges and fines to a dismissal for a fraction of the cost. We were in the right and they proved it to CBP. They are my go to firm for anything CBP moving forward!

i was hesitating to leave a review for diaz law firm , but i decided to do so. people must know in advance what to expect from this law firm. first - you must know it' only consultation they don't take any cases - consultation make too much money $500 per hour - i ask them to take my case after the consultation they quote me around $15000 - which is double what i loose in container - plus make it so difficult and require me to do too many things. you will feel you are in front of boarder protection agent not your lawyer .... again she need just the 500$ for consultation. she has acknowledge about the procedure but for sure she can't can't help or she or other lawyer when it comes to border protection can't do much - you can do yourself a favor and search similar case on the boarder protection website and see , if the previous cases wins or loose ... that what she will do , she will open the website and search the previous cases and see if win or loose ..

So earlier I gave this company a one star review for trying to charge me 500$ for just asking one question. Are you adapt to handle a company like mine. They would not let me ask so I didn’t wanna pay 500$ just to have a lawyer call and say we don’t handle those case. However this new review is because the attorneys office lied in their response to my review. They said they asked me to fill out a form to determine if they were a good fit. They said I refused. This is untrue. I doubt the paralegal I even talked to remembers me. It was a 15 second phone call. Shame that people feel they need to lie to protect themselves. So make your own decision. Use this company or don’t. But read the reviews. Run.
