The worst ever. After the accident I was offer a professional treatment and I was advised that my case was reviewed and I did have one. We proceed to sign papework, Rubenstein send me to a doctor. After days in treatment I received a call to let me know that my case will be dropped without further explanation. Rubenstein delayed my case and never filed 1 paper. When I asked why, the person just brush me off by saying thya is not profitable for them. I lost my statute of limitations due to them, I was recommended to a doctor who will charge me and my case never even made it to the negotiating table. A complete waste of time. Do not work with them. A complete lack of empaty, customer service and professionalism. Stay away from them.
