I spoke with Donna when I had an estate matter pop up out of the blue. While I did speak with other firms, Donna was the only person that seemed to care and listen to my case. She never broached the topic of cost until she had a full understanding of my situation. All the other firms brought it up in the beginning of the conversation before hearing the facts.
