Our problem tenant was damaging the property and would become hostile and confrontational whenever it was brought to their attention. We finally felt the situation was only deteriorating. On short notice, Jason wrote a strong 30-day vacate letter to our problem tenant and had it hand-delivered by process server the next day. The tenant moved out as required, and no eviction was necessary to our relief. We had heard other tenant eviction horror stories. Jason answers calls or returns them promptly. You feel the right person is on the job.
