Simply put the worse experience and worse lawyer one could imagine. This man was unprofessional; continuously scorned me and passed judgement by calling me a liar; and all this in a case where I was found innocent and the case dismissed as soon as I switched lawyers. He was unwilling to call in the plaintiff who had reached out to him to give a deposition in order to have the case dismissed. He kept saying it would be tampering with the witness, which is not at all the case when all the plaintiff wanted to do was give a deposition which would have fully exonerated me. He simply wanted it to go to trial so he could charge me more. He even mentionned raising his fee if it went to trial, which was not part of the initial agreement or retainer. Not to mention making personal allegations and insults to my person, his client! Quite unprofessional! He also managed to confuse the case number, sent the prosecution the wrong information and managed to mismatch a key witness with an arresting officer even though we had repeatedly gone over the names over a dozen times. He ironically claimed his work was impeccable as he was making those mistakes. He never had time to answer my calls and kept sweeping my questions under the rug saying I was the most demanding client he ever had. Needless to say I fired him and switched lawyers which dismissed the whole case because the new lawyer called in the plaintiff who admitted lying to the authorities. Simple as that! Plaintiff signed an affidavit of non prosecution and that was it, something Dan was unwilling to do for two months! My advice is stay far away from this lawyer. He gives hard working and ethical lawyers a bad name. Everything I wrote above can be verified via his emails to the prosecution (such as writting them the wrong case number and text messages to myself in which he makes the aforementioned mistakes without even apologizing). Furthermore he joined the court via zoom twice with his messy pullout bed unmade in the background full of food items. What a joke.. Dan is a manipulator who will not hesitate to call you names and try to make you doubt yourself so that you stop questioning his tactics. This is not an angry rant, I am trying to save others from experiencing what I have experienced. Great sales pitch untill you sign the retainer, he even called me a “handsome man” and gave me compliments to get to like him and sign him, what cheap tricks…. He was also unwilling to meet in person stating his fear of Covid even though we were both vaccinated, which raises doubts about him even having a real office. Avoid at all cost.

This law firm handle my case for two years. one day I received a letter telling me they will drop the case . I had a narrow window of 30 days to get a new attorney. Luckily i did find an attorney to represent me. The case was continue to my satisfaction. This lawyer held my Mother case for 3 years, and still didn't do well with her nursing home abuse case, poor communication,he held case 3 years , talk with this man 1 time

This has to be the worst experience I have ever had with any attorney (at least thats what they call themselves). The staff is very unprofessional, rude and never responds on a timely matter. They only look out for their pockets and could careless about their clients - SAD. I originally thought I would have a great experience because I was referred here but it was the WORST EVER. The attorneys are rude and extremely unprofessional. My suggestion is to go with someone else. GOOD LUCK!

A special thanks to Mr. William Dean and especially to his assistant Brittany Owsinclair. After taking care of my original medical claim in wonderful fashion, they pursued a misfiled duplicate claim where Medicare was collecting funds from me for a debt that was not owed. This matter took several years to resolve, but through their perseverance was brought to a successful conclusion and all my money was recovered.. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking professional, competent and compassionate legal counsel.
