I hired Ralph Mabie to handle my divorce. After meeting him at my initial consultation I left feeling as if I had made a good choice. However shortly afterwards After paying a retainer it was very difficult to get Mr. Mabie to return my phone calls. This divorce was relatively simple as there were no minor children involved and the marital assets were straightforward. Mr Mabie ultimately dragged my divorce out to a ridiculous time frame which ended up costing me thousands of dollars beyond what the high estimate was that was discussed at the initial consultation. my opinion is that there a far better options to Mr Mabie as a lawyer and would not recommend using his services.

Ralph did great job representing me. He's fees are fair and upfront. After being robbed by my previous Boca Raton east Yamato rd Woman atty, Ralphs firm was a welcome relief. I would recommend him to anyone.

Mr. Mabie represented us when an unscrupulous attorney (since disbarred) sued us for breach of contract. When he saw the case, Mr. Mabie suggested that he represent us for a very reasonable flat fee. He never wavered on his obligation to us. The other attorney tried every obstacle she could think of, thinking that we were paying an hourly rate. Mr. Mabie took it to her on every detail, and at trial, she crumbled. When I mentioned to Mr. Mabie that he had done much more than the flat fee covered, he replied "a deal is a deal" and would not accept any additional money. The other attorney was eventually disbarred in 2014 after wronging numerous other clients. We will be ever grateful to Mr. Mabie and his firm. Ask around before you choose a lawyer. Do not accept a rating service that can be easily manipulated by someone with a personal vendetta.

I hired Ralph Mabie to handle my divorce last year. After meeting with him I was optimistic that he would be a good choice to get me through a very difficult time in my life. I was clear that I wanted a quick no nonsense case so I could move on to the next phase of my life. I was clear to him that I had limited financial resources and he assured me he could get the job done. Mr Mabie took every opportunity to drag out every issue and turn what started out as an amicable parting into a contentious divorce that cost many thousands of dollars beyond what was estimated. The day the divorce was finalized his firm placed a lien on my home, which was my only remaining asset from my settlement. I eventually was forced to sell my home in a down market to pay for the seevices he performed. I am very disappointed I hired Mr Mabie.

Attorney Ralph Mabie took my case with not a whole lot of time to prepare. Using another inept attorney, my case had been dragging on for quite a long time with my ex-husband and his attorney trying their best to one, take my children away from me and two, leave me without any money. Mr. Mabie not only made sure I have my children forever on a 50/50 percent time basis but also made sure I will receive the money I will need to help raise them. I will forever be grateful to Mr. Mabie....he is professional, proficient, kind and I believe, an excellent attorney. I will not hesitate for a second to recommend him to anyone.

Okay, let's be honest here. Going through a divorce sucks. Even if both parties agree that a parting of ways is the way to go, it's still one of the most stressful times in ones life. A friend recommended I call Mr. Mabie and thankfully, I did. From start to finish, it was a positive experience. From the initial consultation to the final signing of the papers, things went smoothly. Ralph Mabie was extremely detail oriented and was always mindful of what was in my best interest as his client. He always made time to take my call or address any concerns I may have had. I was always updated by he or his secretary, whenever it was necessary to do so. I felt confident and having Ralph as my attorney gave me peace of mind during this difficult time in my life.His rates are more than fair and I never felt that I had been overcharged, as so many attorneys are known to do. He is a decent, hard working, ethical guy who wants what's best for his client. He's the guy you want on your side.

I used Ralph Mabie to handle my divorce recently. I am so disappointed in how he handled my case and how he dragged out every aspect interactions with opposing counsel. Even though my former wife and myself started out reasonably amicable Mr. Mabie used underhanded tactics to escalate tensions between us in order to drag the case out and turn a simple process into a much more complicated one. I believe this was an intentional tactic used by Ralph Mabie and Vernis and Bowling to increase revenue. This divorce ended up costing me much more than it should have. I would not recommend Ralph Mabie to handle any legal work under any circumstance.

Jack, You are mistaken by suggesting I am trolling and using the Internet to be anonymous in libeling Mr. Mabie. I am using this service to give an honest opinion of my experiences with Mr Mabie to allow prospective clients the opportunity to hear my story and decide if this is someone they want to get involved in. Since I wrote my initial review I have met several other people who used Ralph Mabie as a divorce attorney who had similar experiences. I stand by my initial review that Ralph Mabie is an over litigator whose role at Vernis and Bowling is to generate as much income as possible with little regard for the net result of his clients. If you experience was different good for you, perhaps you have the financial means to throw endless resources at your lawyer, I didn't.

Jill, you are clearly trolling and using the anonymity of the internet to libel Mr. Mabie. Perhaps your representation in your case wasn't sufficient. Regardless, we know of Mr. Mabie to be of the highest ethical and moral fibre. We cannot more strongly recommend the hiring of Mr. Mabie. His integrity, especially in civil matters (divorce), is as good as you'll find. He handled the divorce of our 2nd daughter and custody of our two grand daughters. In all legal proceedings he was the leading voice in getting all matters resolved in a quick, polite, and respectful manner. That was a very difficult time in our family but we couldn't be more pleased with the work Mr. Mabie did for us.

Mr. Mabie is a terrible attorney whose goal is to over litigate cases for the sole purpose of generating income for his law firm. He will drag your case out to a ridiculous level, will never accept an offer from opposing counsel even if it is a great offer. He will take a minimal retainer so you think it is a good deal, in my case he insisted my ex would get stuck paying my legal fees and encouraged me to drag it out. I am do disappointed in his conduct and eventually I got a terrible settlement from the judge, and I could have taken a better offer early on, but was advised to hold out by Mr Mabie, I would never recommend this lawyer to anyone. By the way I got stuck paying my own legal fees which ended up being over $20,000.
