I have seen the great results of Reese's work in two separate occasions. Reese and Karli are very effective! The medical insurance was denying a procedure for my friend and she made a call to Reese's office, he listened and said he'd call the insurance company. Reese called back in less than fifteen minutes with news that the insurance company had agreed to cover the procedure. The accident involved 3 different insurance companies and Reese was able to navigate that mess very well! My friend received excellent care and had only to call Reese when the insurance company was being disrespectful and or denying coverage. I was in 2 vehicle accidents inside 3 weeks, both not my fault, both the other parties faulted and ticketed. Nevertheless, nothing but a fight to get my vehicle fixed and rental vehicle paid for by the opposing teams. Even fought with the dealer I'd been going to for over 20 years just to get my vehicle back (only 65% damaged, so not a total loss, which seemed worse) after repairs took over a month. My injuries were minor thank goodness. This was an awful experience in many ways....couldn't imagine if injuries were worse! While in court as one of the drivers was fighting their ticket, (three cars involved, I was the middle car and thrown into the car in front of me when hit from behind at a red light), I admired their attorney. That attorney referred me to Reese Harvey. I had already hired an attorney/very large high profile firm to deal with all in the first paragraph but after over 1 month passed, I never even received a phone call or any assistance. Reese took over the case and handled everything from A to Z. I never thought I'd see my car fixed, huge rental vehicle or medical bills paid. I didn't want to argue any more with the dealership or insurance companies. The stress was unreal. He did it. It took awhile to be resolved. All I wanted was to be left as I was before the accidents, bills paid. He made sure that happened. He also was available for calls, kept me informed about the case, and even called me back when needed. Even though I know mine was a small case compared to others... I had contacted Reese after experiencing an accident due to incorrect installation and service . A tech from a well known company installed a new dishwasher incorrectly, resulting in a flood in the middle of the night in my kitchen (with all tile floors). Required a trip to the emergency room dealing with head and leg injuries Reese was professional, took his time working with me and was very helpful taking care of all of the details so that all of the medical bills resulting from this trauma were covered 100%.
