Kitroser and Associates have provided my family with an invaluable service, giving much help and support. They continue to help navigate through some delicate circumstances with my parents that our family could not, and wouldn’t have wanted to, do on our own. And yet, though not routine, I think their experience and expertise helps them keep their clients calm and as stress free as possible. In the world of Estate Planning and Elder Care law, I feel like they’ve seen it all. Please be aware: Things can happen with your loved ones *very quickly* and Kitroser and Associates is always ready to guide you and act on your behalf. I’m so glad I took the recommendation to have our family set up our relationship with them while our parents were completely fine. Because it’s inevitable; one day they won’t be and you need them in your corner. They are caring and compassionate, work hard to be experts in their field, and somehow still find the time to give back to the community.

I technically did not hire this firm yet.... However I did speak with Jonathan Gigele and he was amazing. He answered all my questions honestly and spoke to me in words I could understand. Sorry I didn’t go to law school I don’t know the terms they use and a lot of them just dance around questions or use the terminology you don’t understand so they don’t have to give you a straight answer maybe they don’t know, then just say I don’t know. Anyway Jonathan was great if I have to higher a lawyer it will certainly be him. He was honest, genuine and upfront with me about everything. He spend time with me on the phone knowing he wasn’t getting paid for it but still went out of his way to help me understand things a bit better about Estate,Probate and the court. I’m 35 years old I’ve never been through any of this and recently lost my father. Jonathan was so helpful and understanding. I wanted to share this with everyone specially the employees and staff over at Kitroser & Associates so they know what a great job he is doing and how much he cares to help answer whatever questions you have. I could tell right away this firm is in top of things because I had a conference call scheduled with Jonathan for early morning and the secretary or someone started trying to contact me early saying he might still be in court and asked if a half hour later was ok. Most places will just call you when they can if their late they don’t care because usually you need them a lot more than they need you I mean let’s be honest we all need an attorney every now and then for various things. This was my pleasant experience dealing with them so if your searching for a good firm I strongly recommend this one!!!

Mitch Kitroser was amazingly kind, knowledgeable and patient when advising about a special needs trust and other advice on dealing with a mentally ill family member. He really impressed me. I definitely recommend him.
