TOP QUALITY LAW FIRM. VERY PROFESSIONAL & RELIABLE!!! I've been a client of Cohen Norris Law Firm for well over 10 years and have had them represent me for real estate transactions and several other legal issues. I find their attorneys extremely conscientious about the quality of their work, their attention to detail and the professional manner that they conduct business. Timelines are always met and communication from attorney to client is always a top priority. We sold our home recently and Cohen Norris Wolmer Ray Telepman Berkowitz & Cohen handled the transaction. The entire team was very professional and very responsive. The transaction was handled seamlessly with complete accuracy. Besides being professional, the team was friendly and courteous. Since we had conflicts for the closing date, they offered various options for signing paperwork and prioritized helping us work within our schedule. The financial transaction was handled well and they proactively ensured that there were no problems. This is an excellent firm and worthy of our trust in such an important transaction.

This firm employs the most efficient closers in Real Estate. I am a Realtor and Investor and have worked with them on different capacities. Debbie D and Debbie L are incredible at communicating and staying on top of details. Their receptionist doesn’t just push through calls, she makes sure you reach your person and relays messages quickly. This group takes pride in their work and it shows. When I entered a lawsuit during the early times of pandemic, they represented me and got something resolved in 6 months that could have dragged on for years. The owner, Greg, stayed in contact with me and made me feel safe and comforted at all hours. I felt like I had someone in a fight with me when I have tens of thousands of dollars to lose. I will forever be loyal to this firm.

By far Donna Perry is the absolute best title closer / processor. She goes above and beyond, communication is fantastic and great to work with. I have been in real estate for 20 years and have worked with so many title companies that lack all of the above, it is a breathe of fresh air to have somebody like Donna that truly cares about the people she is working with. Wish I could have all closings with her!!

Tim O’Neill is a great attorney that did some business law work for me, he was very knowledgeable and the contract he had done for a business arrangement came in handy when we had to enforce it.
