My experience with this group was horrendous and I found them to be highly disorganized and extremely unprofessional. The fragmented approach of doing business where the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing while refusing to take responsibility for their actions and blaming the customer is highly troublesome. I would not even give one star if that was an option.

I have recently worked with Patty Rydzewski at Cohen Norris, for a few real estate loan closings. Patty is the most professional person I know. She covered all the details of the closing, explained what would be signed and answered all the questions I had at that time.
