Receptionist is a complete joke, thank God she answered the phone the way she did, made me reconsider having called right away. No professional skills whatsoever nor did she know what she was talking about at all. Must have been about 14 yrs. old. She told me they couldn't help with a support modification because it was out of state 😂 and that in case I didn't notice, they were located in Florida. Typical Puerto Rican
