My daughter was t-boned by an underinsured, careless driver which left her with lasting injuries. We attempted to work through the insurance process to cover her medical bills and get her the treatment that she needed, but it became overwhelming. After contacting Dan Newlin's team, they took on the challenging processes and paperwork, so we could focus on my daughter's medical recovery. I'm not going to sugar coat it, the process took several years to resolve with a pandemic in the mix, but the Newlin team was there for us. We had the privilege of working with 4 attorneys during this time, but the 2 super stars were Ali Kamalzadeh and Mychal Katz. Both took a personal interest in my daughter's well being, kept us informed and were always available to help. We began the journey with Mychal, but Ali was the closer and a phenomenal litigator! He says he's going to do all he wants to do is take your money not return your calls and not do anything for you that's our opinion I would not recommend this guy for anybody if you're needed an attorney do not use this guy find another one that is our opinion
