Awesome attorney. He is passionate about his job and wanting to help the best he can in the society we live in. Dealing with the justice system in this country will leave some in a situation difficult to win in any case. This is evidence of some of these reviews.

Had very awesome experience I had my first car accident last year my father got in contact with Dan Newman and got me attorney Katie Miller she was very helpful called me back immediately I even asked her questions up and down and she walked me through everything even on the dumbest questions I thought I had they were actually really helpful to help me understand this process definitely couldn’t have asked for somebody to help me through this frustrating experience….highly highly recommend

constant gaslighting for the last 5 years, paid $40,000 and cant even get a response back, being told to live in a illegal truck because he was too lazy to claim judgement because he got his money. 0 effort was put into this, 0 effort in communication, 0 effort in fighting for us, 0 effort in integrity, this is not an experience i would wish on anyone else. find an attorney that wont dodge calls and tell you everything he wont do. i guess there will be an excuse for everything else. don't waste your time, file a complaint instead.

Mr. Hightower and his team (esp Allison) were so incredible to work with. I felt valued and taken care of. I knew I was in good hands but after the endless uphill climb, I cannot thank them enough!!! They settled my case for the maximum amount when it seemed hopeless. Truly an all-star team. Father-Daughter Duo of the year!!!

We want to thank the office of Dan Newlin! Todd Gretton took our case after a terrible accident & we couldn't be happier with the choice we made in choosing them to represent us! They were so helpful every step of the way. Not only were they helpful they were personal with us and made us feel like family. They cared about us. Mr. Gretton told us in the beginning if there was absolutely ANYTHING we needed, not to hesitate to ask. Our family hit hard times in the middle of this and we reached out for help. He was kind enough to give us a small advance and because of that, we didn't lose our home. We weren't in the clear yet though, just getting by actually, our 6 year old son wasn't going to have a Christmas last year and once again they stepped in and saved the day. They helped us financially and took it even further by asking what our son loved the most and got him a gift he'd seen on TV he wanted more than anything! We weren't able to afford it and they delivered in a major way. We Will forever be greatful for the experience of working with them and their office! If there is another unfortunate car accident in the future, we won't hesitate to call the offices of Dan Newlin! They have all been such a pleasure! Thanks to Mr. Gretton and his team!
