My name is Kerri Tijerina. Calling Dan Newlin’s office was the Smartest thing I did after I was a passenger of a car that was T-boned on the way to the river July 24,2022. The driver and I were dealing with Morgan & Morgan and I was VERY unhappy with the service I was receiving! I Couldn’t get ahold of “my attorney” had to wait DAYS for simple answers, (and I had SO MANY questions) BUT ALL THAT changed when I called Mr Dan Newlin’s office and meet Marc Erlich! Once Marc Erlich took over my case Everything changed for the better , and Great things Started happening. He gave me his personal cell phone number so he could answer any and all questions I had, he talked me through EVERYTHING, so there was no room left for confusion! Marc Erlich has closed and settled my case. Ps the driver is still with Morgan & Morgan and their case is still ongoing.
