Inconsistent quality of service and communication
“Unprofessional to say the least. I had a closing with Kim 3 months ago. I have been calling for the last 5 weeks to find out where the documents are, because they have never been mailed. The front office never has a clue where Kim is and of course never calls back as promised.”

Sorry, this review is not short. At the end of September of 2023, my husband and I closed on our first home together.
