When one hires the services of an attorney they expect their needs will be handled in a timely fashion. My Mother an elderly woman and widower hired this firm to handle a legal matter for her. After paying her retainer fee and signing the agreement two months had lapsed. Calling to find out what progress had been made on her behalf the attorney could not remember who she was. Nothing had been done.. He blamed the situation on his paralegal for having hip surgery. My mother did not hire the paralegal she hired a lawyer to handle the case. Yes, I am not the client. I am writing this as a advocate for my mother who does not have a computer or access to the internet. She would strongly not recommend this firm.
