I previously hired Ms Dylewski because I felt confident initially. When we went to our first hearing together, she failed to address all my concerns and important facts with the judge. Why hire someone who isn’t going to take you serious nor put you and your child’s best interest in mind?

My husband and I just hired her and we are praying to God to have our precious baby girl home and safe soon. We have put our whole heart and soul into Ms Dylewski an she seems like a real pistol, I cant wait to see what she does in the court room. Shes kind, funny and doesnt play games!! she tells it like it is and I apprerciate her for that and i will hire her for everythinbg from here on out!!! Shes a great lawyer so far to us. And her assistant ROCKS!!!! we absoultly love her too.

Thank you diane and her staff for my recent court hearing. I was stunned and shocked how my hearing went. Atty Dylewski is simply the best attorney that I have had dealings with. My last attorney was a boweavel who had dealings with my ex's attorney. It was a mess dealing with them. I went to Atty Dylewski, had a 30 minute consultation with her, told her about everything that I was going through and she listened to me with empathy. Her and her staff accomplished what I thought was the impossible. I will not hesitate to recommend her to someone else.

Ms Dylewski was a huge help during a difficult time. She is honest and fights for her clients. Even though I hope to not need an attorney again, I would go back to her if I ever needed to and would 100% recommend her to all my friends and family.

I had Ms. Dylewski in 2004-2005 and if anyone can get the other side to "tell" on themselves, she is the attorney you want. I had past issues with drugs, cleaned myself up but my past was going to be an uphill battle to keep the children I raised since birth. She was honest from the beginning and let me know we would have an uphill battle and to be ready. Well.......she fought for me and my children and 10 months later I was divorced, back in my home my ex tried to take away and most important...HAD MY CHILDREN back in my life. All of us are human, we make mistakes, and we suffer from those mistakes. Ms. Dylewski will fight if you are honest from the beginning and do not sugar coat your issues. I recommend her to the fullest. Now 10 years later, I own three businesses, am in school acquiring my Bachelor's degree, and remarried. Let her fight for your rights!!!!

Diane Dyluski is a no nonsense attorney with a knack for causing the truth to be heard. So why the mixed reviews? reasons 1. Be honest with your attorney. far be it for me to suggest that people lie about thier spouse/ex spouse and attempt to place themselves in the clean. This is Rarely if ever the case. so tell your attorney anything that is relevant even if it looks bad on you. Those who lie to thier attorney lose thier own case. 2. Work with your attorney. Keep records. investigate. Get reports. She can only prove what you have proof of. Matlock was a good tv show,not reality. Stop watching court tv. Judge Judy is also a tv show. NOT reality. 3. Diane Dyluski is a lawyer NOT a politician. As much as we all want an attorney to carry a cell phone to be on call day and night to answer our endless questions during one of the most stressful times of our lives, is that really reasonable for us to expect. With other clients, a vast array of research that must be done, not to mention families and lives of thier own perhaps our expectations could be a little more realistic. 4.Her goal is to help your child and win your case. Be prepared. This is not fun. She will have to tell you the facts in your case including the things you don't want to hear.A GOOD LAWYER WILL DO THAT. so grow a backbone and a thicker skin. You are going to need it in court anyway. DIANE DYLUSKI is a bulldog in court. If she says you have a case you have a case. She has been my lawyer. Needless to say I have no regrets other than I should have done it sooner.

I used this attorney because I simple did not know better. I was desparate to see my son and end the emotional turmoil his mother was causing. In hindsight I would hightly recommend people in pain bring an objective third person to an interview with an attorney and trust your gut. Additionally if you are not getting monthly account statements that should be a red flag!!!

Ms. Dylewski has been my attorney a number of times in the past 10 years and has always done a great job for me, no matter who was representing my ex. When I read these negative reviews, I was surprised but then I thought about the negative reviews my employer, a doctor, sometimes gets. Usually those people who are unhappy with my doctor are the ones who didn't follow his advice. Like attorneys, doctors can't comment on the reviews because their information is confidential.

Diane is Very knowledgeable in Family Law. I watched her legal expertise in the court room, in a case that was almost impossible for me to win. I highly recommend her. I felt the care and compassion she had for my child, and fought tenaciously for his best interest. Look no further than Diane. You wont regret it. I am so thankful for her help.

Ms. Dylewski has always been helpful to me, she gave me a free thirty minute consultation and even when the consultation went from being thirty minutes to an hour, she was still nice enough to answer all of my questions and start my paperwork immediately after I paid her. Her fees are minimal compared to most of the lawyers in town and besides the fact that she actually knows what she is doing, she really wants to help her clients. She DEFINITELY wants what's best for the kids.
