Mr Pozzuto took my case for my daughter. She was coerced to shoplift and was caught. Mr Pozzuto worked long and hard to get my daughter's case dropped with 10 hours of community service $500 in fines and costs for 'rehab'. He was very motivated to seek justice for her. I am grateful for his expertise and perseverance. Thank you!

Took my call immediately. A false accusation charge is one of the toughest to defend and Andy stepped up to the plate. After the first consultation he said, “Now you can let me do the worrying” He is a terrific Attorney and Highly recommended.

Mr. Pozzuto is very intelligent, highly motivated, and a hard working lawyer. He gave excellent legal counsel and immediately got to work on my case. He was there for me when I needed him the most. This guy has no fight...$3500 to retain....saw me twice....when we went to see judge he tells me at court house " I can't defend you....cop a plea" I was locked up at the time and desperate to get out after 90 days in Marion co jail....if I didn't plea they would have kept me locked up.....Hit me with a FELONY....I should have used the public defender for that...Stay away.....He's a crook.

Andy Pozzuto is definitely worth the investment. He is extremely knowledgeable about the law and how to navigate the legal system. He and his entire staff are kind respectful and honest. If you or a loved one are facing a legal challenge you want this office in your corner. They will answer all of your concerns promptly and accurately. I can't thank him and his staff enough.

I left a message with the receptionist for a consult to retain them for service. She assured me that someone will get back to me the same day.
NO ONE ever got back to me!!!

drags his feet..doesn't go all the way.. has no fight in him...will sell you to the prosecutor and steal your money....find a rea lawyer..this guy is a crook
