Ms Raduns is fair, honest and straightforward. The entire office is polite and professional. Great communication, I was kept informed every step of the way with explanations of anything I did not understand. They answered my emails and calls quickly. She works diligently with the client to avoid unnecessary expenses/court cost, which I greatly appreciate! Most importantly, in the end she worked FOR ME and got exactly what I asked her for! I would highly recommend her

What more can i say about the team at Ms. Raduns' office, no nonsense attorney who will fight for you to get the results you deserve. The process can be stressful, but the team is great at communicating what they need so that they can relieve some of the stress of going through court. I appreciate everything they have done!

I hired this law office, and the lawyer I was to use was not one I would use again. They refused to change him to someone different, so I got stuck with him. I had paid over five thousand dollars and after all was said and done, I still don't have my son. The judge awarded me my son and court fees, but after having my son for a week my ex took him again, I have not be told by my lawyer on the court ruling as to what I can do other than pay another five thousand to file with them again. My lawyer in my personal opinion is not a good lawyer, he has no understanding that people are not going to do right and that they will harm you whenever they can. I will not be recommending this law office to anyone, you would be better off doing it yourself and saving the money. Update: As it would seem, you can use your creative words "magic pixie dust" and have Mr. Joanides email me to remove this post, it would not change how I felt using your services. You could take the criticism and try to improve for your next client. As for my honest review I would not recommend your services. Update:Senting multiple emails to me today on this review says a lot about how this office feels about reviews, but little to fix the reason for this negative review.

I'm speaking on behalf of my significant other, so some details might be a bit iffy, but this is our horror story. S/O (significant other) filed for more child support. Guy hasn't updated employment or address in over 10 years. Father hadn't seen his son in over a year (father's choice) because the 14 year old wasn't chomping at the bit to see him all the time. (he's an AP student athlete so he has a full plate) Childs father sent a text saying, "You might as well change your last name, I'm going to sign my rights over" before we filed. Father files for 50/50 immediately after receiving notice of increased child support. S/O goes to Anne. We get consultation, and after consultation, we were told that we have a really good chance of winning. We pony up the $5000. The day after getting the 5k, she changes her tune to "We should settle." Keeps encouraging it. Minimal communication between Anne and my S/O. The only thing that happened was a motion to dismiss. To us, it didn't even seem like she fought for the dismissal. The day of the motion, the judge says that they will not dismiss, so try to mediate. S/O walks into the room and Anne wouldn't even give my S/O the courtesy of looking up from her phone to say "hello." All while the other lawyer is sitting with the father having a full blown conversation about the meeting. We paid 5 thousand dollars to go back to exactly where we were before, allowing the father to get away with paying the same $200 a month in child support that he has been paying for 10 years. Not even a little bit of pressure. I feel like there could have been minimal effort put into this case to put the smallest bit of pressure on the father to get him to back off, because he clearly filed for 50/50 out of spite. We had PILES of evidence from text messages, and even had his own brother and his 2nd child's mother willing to testify against him at trial. No recommendation from this camp. I feel like a first year law student could have done a better job than this. RESPONSE: Wow. I have so much I would like to say about what you just said. You called me a liar. One question. True or false, my S/O was in tears leaving the courtroom.

Wonderful attorney! I reached out to Anne needing advice on an out-of-state legal matter.
