I wish I could give Ms. Raduns and her office 200 stars. My fiancé and I worked with their office for a custody battle for two years. He was fighting for full custody of his daughter (age 7) against the mother . As everyone knows , it’s hard to prove a mother unfit and get full custody as a father. Ann and her office staff (Jodi, heather , etc ) made the process smoother , they helped , they offered advice and encouragement , and they provided blunt criticism when needed to get our butts back in gear . Most importantly they didn’t give up on my fiancé or his daughter at all. At the end of this, my fiancé now has full custody of his daughter and we are incredibly thankful for their dedication to the case. We will ALWAYS go back to an if we need something in the future , and we will ALWAYS , a million times ALWAYS, recommend her to anyone who needs legal representation for family law.

Unfortunately, I have over 13 years of experience with family law in Ocala Florida and after three other subpar law firms, I retained what is easily the best law firm in Ocala…. and I venture to say -in Florida. Anne E. Raduns and her team are absolutely incredible. Thy spend your money only when they need to, and when they do it is worth every penny. Simply put- they outwork and outthink other law firms on your behalf. I served in the Army for 30 years and for the last half of that, I was divorced. I have three children from the marriage who are all grown and on their own. I have been divorced for 20 years and never missed a child support payment, funded all College, and my ex-wife was suing me for a crazy amount of back child support from 2017. Reality was suspended. The case languished for 13 years due to military deployments, bad lawyers and other factors. It has been a dark cloud over me and my family all this time. Anne and Jodi Terracini, Anne’s Office Manager and Paralegal, took the case and brought new life to it. They quickly got up to speed on the issues by going through mounds of documents, and reaching out to other lawyers. They studied case law, and developed a plan of attack. Just weeks before trial, and after extensive research by Jodi, we were able to file a motion to dismiss and then defend that motion in two hearings. The judge granted the motion jut this week and the dark cloud has disappeared from our lives! Jodi is a hero in this case. She cared so deeply about the case that she even gave up vacation time to work on my behalf. Her research and writing skills won this case, and Anne…Anne is a brilliant lawyer and person. The respect she receives from the judge and other lawyers is priceless. Being the best means you are heavily sought after and Anne is busy. However, she still finds time to make a connection with her clients. I am lucky to know her and count her as a fiend. I thank my lucky stars that she took my case. Anne, Jodi and the rest of team at the law firm are simply the best around. They are the gold standard and best value law firm in the Ocala area.

I highly recommend using Ms. Radnus. She and her staff are very friendly, compassionate and willing to help. The offices response time to any issues or questions is fast, which made the process much more peaceful.

Ms. Raduns and her staff helped make the entire process much less painful and more understandable. I highly recommend using this firm. I am completely satisfied with the outcome of the process.
