Ms. Delgado is an excellent attorney. She is dedicated to the full extent on every case she has. She lives no stone un-turn and she will fight for your case as if it was her own family's case. Definitely one of the most compassionate attorneys I have ever worked with. My jobs with her have been in the capacity of an Interpreter, so I have been with the client and her at all times, also behind the scene without the client, and I can assure you she has the same drive, care and wiliness so help the client when the client is not by her side. There is no 'two faced' attorney in her ! I recommend her highly.

We just received the green card! I would recommend to anyone looking to help legitimize the legal status of a loved one. We had many obstacles due to the past but she found waivers and forgiveness for those issues quickly. I like that her staff was friendly, she was very patient, but kept us on the right track to get it done relatively fast compared to other couples we know who started way before us. Very sharp attorney--a little bulldog! Very competent and super aggressive. Will negotiate if you so choose but loves a full blown trial. Not cheap, but worth it. I'd do it again.
