I hired Mr. Azcona for my cases that i was involved in last year. He was on my side and still on my side to this day through the probation plea I took. Even though i went against him to go to trial. He was ready to fight my case. I decided that I wasn't going to play the judicial systems game. So I talked with him about my concerns and we went and got the plea. I had also got a DUI and he helped me through all of it. Most people think especially when they hire an attorney that there the only client they have. He made me feel that i was even though i knew he had hundreds more. Roger Azcona has been hired for several cases through his years of experience. You have to understand. He has alot if clients not just you. I looked at it like this. The man has a bunch of clients. That shows you that he's credible. I appreciate what Roger Azcona did for me and continues to do for me. If i have any questions about my probation or when an early term can be done. He doesnt hesitate to talk with me and let me know an answer to my questions. He's professional and has a friendly staff. I hired Mr Azcona for a DUI case of which the evidence was in my favor. According to the law if a hearing is requested within 10 days of arrest an extension of driving privilege is granted and if the hearing is successful the defendant will receive their license while trail is taking place. I stressed to Mr Azcona the importance of this hearing and my license. He did nothing. He claims to been working on getting me a hardship license however a simple google search would inform him that I wasn't eligible for 90 days. He is completely incompetent and ignorant of the law. Furthermore when I visited him in his office he stated that he had gotten me a good deal of only 30 days in jail while he had not yet seen any evidence from the state against me. So why is he making a deal ? The answer is he has no experience other than that of a Public Defender and accepting pleas is the extent of his ability. I am innocent of the charges against me. However Mr Azcona in frustration of when I confronted his incompetence stating that I had done exactly what the report stated without question. Mr Azcona is a liar. He stole my money and did not do as I asked or as he promised. He chose to do nothing. Hire him at your own risk
