They will quote a price and bill you for twice as much. They wont return your calls in time. Also, I dont even know if they review the docs as they're supposed to - it was actually my agent that found mistakes in the docs after the attorney said it was all good. Well, that was my experience with them.

Mr. Santoro is very disrespectful person. Loves to talk to his customers with curse words, like he used on me. I WILL NEVER GO TO HIM AGAIN. He also likes to overcharge people in his prices. I suggest anyone who thinks of using him, DON'T.
