I find this firm. David Drill...is more a workers comp lawyer..he is there to work with wc NOT me as a client I was ignored blown off and stalled out so that he let the insurance company decide what settlement I was to receive..even tho I am in such shape It is impossible for me to return to wk when I was stalled off for so longI had no choice but to settle for the insulting settlement. And Mr Drill stalled me off for months before actually having me in to sign and now I'm being stalled off getting back after they take over 3 thousand for doing absolutely nothing and now refuses to return my calls and still after 3 weeks no ck saying post office to blame...they Do NOT care about wc client's but I guess it's a great scam $ 3500 for doing as Mr Drill said...nothing...and I am the one who is paying an accident at wk. I would never recommend this firm for anything

I was more than pleased with my services with the sarah at john fagans office not only did you get me a settlement on my accident but she worked so diligently to help me receive the most possible as did Mr Fagan and I will never forget the hard work they did to help me . First off, Mary Duncan is super awesome! It's taken a really long time but through her tenacity and the care of my providers we had a very successful outcome and I am EXTREMELY happy! Hopefully, I never have too but I would use Accident Lawyer John Fagan again. Caring, compassionate and experienced team!

Best law firm I could have asked for. I was injured back in Dec and after hearing horror stories about getting medical care and other law firms I decided to call John Fagan. Mr. Drill and Debbie always have been extremely helpful, friendly, and were demanding when I needed it. They go above and beyond honestly and always respond back immediately, I would recommend them to anyone. They treat people like family here and you couldn't ask for anyone better.

Worst Law Firm Ever!! I had two accidents 6 months apart. Rear ended while stopped at light both times. MRI and other proof of injuries. Both times I had $100k in Uninsured/underinsured coverage. They did not bother to pursue either insurance company for these claims! They never return phone calls. You go months without hearing from them. If you want answers walk in and wait in lobby. Maybe you will get a response. Almost at deadline I was transferred to "Associate" who not only was unaffiliated, he would not handle cases from this office. Then transferred to different "Associate" turned out to be opposition's lawyer. Big local firm from tv commercials would not take me. Finally found James Radloff. By this time my cases were so messed up that wrong insurance companies were named in the suits. 1st case reopened and insurance company said we've been waiting to hear about this to close it! This is brief explanation! Choose any other lawyer! Even defending yourself would be better! Due to all the mess ups I finally settled cases from 2013 in 2022.
