I can't give much of a critique since they were unable to help me with the issue that I originally hired them for. I found out later that they hold your retainer for 60+ days after your case is closed. It was a part of the retainer agreement, so please read all paperwork prior to hiring them.

Lauren Spitznagle was the attorney assigned my case and I couldn’t be happier with the way she handled everything! Hard to find a blunt and honest lawyer these days and she is a straight shooter for sure, which I for one greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this law firm especially if they have more lawyers like her they are the best in the north Florida region by far.

I did not get very far into my journey with Owenby Law. I normally do not leave negative reviews for anyone, but I had a really bad non-experience with this practice. First, I chatted online with someone regarding getting a consultation for bankruptcy, they said someone would contact me shortly, then no one ever reached out. I sent a message a few days later via the contact us page, received an auto response stating someone would contact me and again no one called or emailed. Finally, I called and left a voicemail, received a call back which I missed, I called them back and was told they do not handle these types of cases. I asked specifically "You do not handle bankruptcy cases?" and was told they don't. They have an entire page for Bankruptcy under their areas of practice. I'm confused and just tired of trying with them.

Stephanie Garcia-Baker is an awesome attorney. She helped me navigate thru my divorce with professionalosm, empathy, and intelligence. Iwas able to get thru the process of mediation smoothly with an outcome that was in my favor.

Owenby Law is a fantastic law firm! My attorney Josh Kelne listened to me and made my divorce easier. He was with me every step of the way!

Where do I start? I came to this law firm because at the time I thought it would be a one stop shop for me. I was in the need for a law firm that could handle my injunction, bankruptcy, and divorce. Although they have stopped with the practice of bankruptcy that does not matter. This firm has went above and beyond to work with me and for me. From billing to my lawyer I am pleased with their actions. After my first lawyer wasn't getting the results I was looking for I was blessed with a lawyer that has really takin the time to get to know my case and get results. Ms. Ashtin Henninger has been amazing. From day one of getting my case she was persistent on ensuring she had all the documents she needed and that she was clear on my end goal. Now we aren't out the woods yet but so far I can honestly say I'm blessed to have her as my lawyer and would recommend her any time. She has worked with me on my case by going over information that I had given and ensured that I had a good understanding on any decision I was to make. The one thing I like about her is she's a parent so she understands the pain and stress of not being able to see your child and wants to make it right by reuniting you with your kid or kids. Ms. Ashtin your amazing and I'm blessed again to be able to work with you on my case and thank you to the firm for this great selection for me.
