Very helpful staff

On February 10, 2020, I was rear ended. I spent three agonizing days in the hospital. I remembered a commercial I saw on television about Ron Sholes and the slogan "You hurt we fight", and sure enough as I reached out to them from day one, my "A" team was assembled together, well after countless visits to the chiropractor along with a neurologist, ending with having to have neck surgery, I'm still in the healing process, yet I want to say THANK YOU to Attorney Ron Sholes for having a team of professionals: Ty Hinnant, Casey Chevalier, Rachael Reagan, Darlene (office assistant on Blanding), and to Jennifer (103rd St. office), there was never a time that I called with a question, they were always there to answer as quickly as possible, each one was very personable and treated me as if I were a part of their families (and yes, I felt the love). Thank you all so much again for making this experience to have a great outcome.

Attorney Blair Butler is phenomenal. I had a case in which I was fighting for 5 years went through mutiple attorneys at this firm due to various reasons. To say the least I was dissatisfied and hopeless as it pertained to my case as well as the firm. Blair and I met early this year for the 1st time and having explained this to Blair. Blair told me she'd get my case resolved, and she didn't fall short of this. I am extremely thankful that I was able to meet Blair and in such short amount of time she was able to resolve my case diligently. If you chose this firm I highly recommend Blair she makes you feel like family also an extreme professional, I consider her to be my legal law fighting angel. Thanks Blair this firm is blessed to have you. Blair you are an asset to say the least.

Your Orange Park begun handling our case in June 2017. Our case was actually three separate cases because there were three people in the car. We were never happy with the lawyer that begun the case in 2017. Communication was awful. She was slow to respond and never did what we asked. We never understood exactly where our case was in the process or what the next step was. Two of the three cases settled while she was still our attorney. we were not exactly pleased with the way that they settled because the communication was so poor. We express our problems many times to the office. we begin taking all of our communication straight to the lead attorney in the office. While our third case was still in the process of being settled I received a call from a new attorney in the office. His name is Andrew Scott. I had had such poor experience with a prior attorney, I was very skeptical that this attorney would be able to change my opinion. However Andrew was nothing but professional, on-time, excellent communication, and kept the case moving. Andrew made more progress and achieved faster results than the previous attorney in the office. The third case has finally closed and I am so thankful to Andrew for handling everything. If I ever needed an attorney again Andrew Scott is who I would go to. He completely changed our entire opinion of the way things were being handled. We truly appreciate all that Andrew did for us.

Andrew Scott went above and beyond to help me and make sure my daughter was in good health after her accident. I would come see Andrew again and would highly recommend him to anyone!! Thanks for all you have done to help us!
