As I am working through the process of grieving the loss of my father, the lead attorney of this firm was incredibly rude and disrespectful to a paying client. I asked if there was any way to have my portion of the estate paid out a bit early due to personal reasons, and her immediate response was, "I don't know how many different ways I have to tell you no." Just to let you know, this was my first time speaking to her about the matter. She then called the next day to apologize and say she would look into it - only to turn around one week later and say she didn't want to do it. Empathy and kindness do not cost anything and are the bare minimum for someone dealing in estate law. Please do not trust this firm or the lead attorney to guide you through your moments of loss and grief. They are heartless and cruel.

I contacted Attorney William L. Donley the lll, esq at the Donley Law Firm on Wells Road when I needed some legal advice and possibly representation for my teenage son who had got in some trouble tapas on private property hanging out with his friends and he had never arrested before. I felt it would be in his best interests to get legal counsel to Represent him and explain the charges and the law Mr.Donley took time two hours or more explaining the law and what the charges are and what to expect on the day of court and after court went over the The judges verdict that she gave and explained to him what all would it would entail and told him about the curfew that he will have and happen to do certain community service and have a curfew write a letter of apology, etc. explain to me and my son why I highly recommend Mr. William Donley the third esquires services if you ever need legal expert advice on charges and representation we are very pleased
