Rude and unprofessional staff
“Not sure how good the attorney is, but he needs to find a new receptionist/gate keeper. The way your staff treats clients is how people think the attorney will treat them. No people skills, berating question after question on the phone and said that I am wasting my time because of how much they would charge me, their retainer fee, etc.”
